Call of Duty World at War is a first-person shooter video game for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It was developed by Treyarch and released by Activision in 2008. Taking place in the middle of the Second World War, it brings back the setting characteristic of the earlier stages of the series. World at War presents an authentic view of the end fights of the War and is set in the Pacific area and in the East.
